What Will You Do
- Conduct lead generation, prospecting, and qualifying potential new clients
- Actively source new business opportunities
- Investigate and find contact details for targeted key areas
- Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects
- Conduct a needs analysis and determine prospects’ pain points to determine how REGNA will speak to those needs
- Build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-up communications to move opportunities through the sales funnel
- Work with the management team to develop and grow the sales pipeline to consistently meet quarterly revenue goals
- Respond to requests from customers as needed in a courteous and professional manner
- Submit reports on the sales lead journey
- Assist the management team in managing sales and marketing campaigns including follow-up calls
- Develop and maintain a sales prospecting database for the company ensuring that all new entries in the database are of an acceptable standard in terms of accuracy
Professional Knowledge and Competencies required:
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
- Previous background in cold calling, lead/ demand generation, telemarketing, or telesales
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and/or other sales and lead generation platforms
- Strong presentation skills, excellent written, verbal, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in using any CRM software
- Ability to adapt to new tools and software
- Ability to articulate a value proposition and get to the decision maker
- Good time management and prioritization skills
- Technical skills in writing, editing, formatting, research, and analysis
- Able to work independently, have a high energy level, and competitiveness
- Strong planning and a good time management
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business/ Marketing/Computer Science/Software/Engineering or related area
- C-level English is required (speaking is required)
- Having German language knowledge will be a plus
